Pharmaceutical form: a sachet containing a live active culture mass obtained by lyophilization. A 2 g sachet contains the following active components:

– complex symbiotic;

– Bifidobacterium Vifidum 1;

– Bifidobacterium Longum 17X;

– Bifidobacterium Adolescentis 30;

– Bifidobacterium Bifidum 134;

– Bifidobacterium Bifidum, 263;

– Bifidobacterium Bifidum 108;

– Lactobacillus plantarum 8P-A3;

– Lactobacillus fermentum 90T-C4;

– Lactobacillus acidophilus;

– Lactobacillus fermentum196;

– Lactobacillus bulgarus RKMUz-210;

– Lactobacillus bulgarus RKMUz-212;

– live bacteria not less than 5•107KOE of EscherichiacoliM17;

– brewer’s yeast 100 mg;

– namatak extract                     200 mg;

– licorice extract 200 mg.

Excipients: crystal sugar (sucrose), sodium citrate, dextran. The drug has the appearance of a discharge or cream-colored mass of various shades, a special taste and smell.

Biological properties of active components

The bifido, -lacto, -coli, -spore bacteria present in high concentration in the symbiotic have a multifactorial stimulating and regulatory effect on the body, eliminate the imbalance in the intestinal microflora and normalize its functional state, participate in protein, fat metabolism, and vitamin synthesis; processes of absorption in the intestine – regulates mineral and gas exchange; helps maintain a normal level of cholesterol in the blood. The strains included in the preparation have high antagonistic activity against pathogenic and putrefactive microorganisms.
